The Insatsu Chosa® Print Consultancy Process

Insatsu Chosa® is not unique in offering a 'print investigation' - but by providing a true print consultation you can be assured that our results will speak for themselves. And unlike many others, because our reports are not template-driven but fully tailored responses, we ensure the work required provides your business with the accuracy, integrity and sustainable data you would expect. In order to achieve those aims, Insatsu Chosa® utilises the following process.

Assess

At the assessment stage we will hold a preliminary meeting with you (involving IT, Facilities, Procurement and Finance personnel where necessary). The concept of Insatsu Chosa® will be discussed, parameters of the print investigation set and a timescale agreed.

Analyse

This stage involves a physical on-site survey, where an in-depth investigation of the current environment and business function of all document output devices is ascertained. Questionnaires and/or one-to-one discussions with device users are implemented where necessary. By virtue of this process, it enables Insatsu Chosa® to calculate by device the monthly volumes, costs and usage.

Advise

A thorough, in-depth report is presented to you in this final stage, detailing the findings of the investigation complete with recommendations on how your organisation can best adopt an effective and efficient output strategy for the future. Furthermore, a process can be implemented by which to monitor and measure savings on an ongoing basis.
